I have cleared three round of interviews in VMware for a business analyst position. One primary screening and two technical rounds. One more round is scheduled for further discussion. So is it a technical round or not. Also how many rounds are there going to happen.

I have two mortgages, one at 3% and one at 4.25%. Is there any benefit to paying either of them slightly higher than the minimum payment requirement (ie, maybe like $200/month more)? Additional factors to consider, my HYSA currently yields 3% and I am looking to buy another property in about 2 years and would prefer to not sell the either of the two properties currently on mortgage.

Newish to data analytics. Have some experience in power BI, sql, and R. I wanted to get some exposure to aws and saw the AWS cloud practitioner as an available course at my job. Is this cert worth it? Or should I try one of the more advanced ones ? The data analytics one for example but wasn’t sure if it would be difficult to get through as a beginner. My employer is not considering employer's PF contribution in my fixed component and employer's PF in my case is 12% of Basic instead of minimum required. I feel that this is making my fixed component to be liable to a higher tax.

I feel that I would have got the same in hand even if my fixed is 2 lakhs lower and employer's PF is part of my fixed as even that portion will be excluded out of tax calc.

Is my thought process wrong? If not, how can I improve my in-hand reducing my tax?

Joining as Senior business analyst

Not sure what's going on in the name of BGV these days.
I mean companies ask for payslips, relieving letter and docs before rolling out the offer.
After that also, they are checking addresses ,calling references, sometimes asking again for documents, sometimes even bank statement.
Seriously I don't believe that a professional would be required to do this much anywhere outside India.
Gives me a really weird feeling.
Moreover its not just 1 company so many are having such scrutiny. Anyone else feels the same ?
