Is 12LPA poor mans pay?

Going by current trend nothing less than 30LPA is considered good. There was a time back in 2019, when 12 LPA used to carry esteem and a major milestone for everyone, but now its synonym with lowballing and below ones worth.

I got offer from HSBC HDPI , gurgaon for Gurgaon location. Offer is 13.50 lacs for manager Role....
Please help me to understand how much hike I should expect and bonus.
My joining is in end of Oct hence am I eligible for anything..

My company went toxic in the last couple months. Chose me and started interviewing. Had a very successful interview with Amazon but recruiter is working hard trying to place me and said there’s no knowing how long to find a team. Meanwhile I just received a Director offer for a company with a 29% pay bump July 1. If Amazon or any other FAANG/large co gets back to me, is there an acceptable way to not burn bridges with new job and accept or delay start date with FAANG? Or fuck it just hop?

I'm currently in a consulting manager role internal to a well regarded pharma company. However, i have been contacted about a role at IQVIA for a new pure strategy internal group that they are standing up. It would be a 55% salary boost with director title and completely remote. Should I consider it? The salary increase and location flexibility are alluring.

I am a registered sales assistant which means I have my series 7. I also have the 63 and my Life & Health license. I was a financial advisor but the role is commission only so I decided to take a role as an assistant for some time to learn etc. I really like my role, but I only make 32k a year and after taxes I only take home about 25k. I have a gut feeling that I’m not being paid market value but it’s tough to find comparable salaries. Do you think $15.38/hr is a fair wage in this case?

Guys if you're taking joining bonus and it comes with 6months/1 year return condition, then please make sure to have that much spare money till the end of its return period.
I took joining bonus, spent it and now I have to work in a very toxic work environment and can't leave because I won't be able to return that joining bonus. Still 3 months are left before 1 year gets completed. So I don't have any other option but to continue.
