Need Advice: Big4 vs Wipro (4.2 YOE)

I have 4.2 years of experience and currently working in the integration space. I’ve received the following offers (sharing fixed compensation only):
Deloitte – Consultant – ₹17.5 LPA
KPMG – Consultant – ₹19.0 LPA
Wipro – Senior Software Engineer – ₹20.6 LPA
I’m trying to decide between choosing a Big4 (Deloitte/KPMG) vs Wipro.

Reviewing a salary offer for a Benefits Manager position in Greensboro, NC industry is retail. Offer made of $95k with 18% bonus. I have 16 YOE, degree in Business, and PHR and Shrm certification. I need help figuring out if I’m being underpaid. I’m working in real estate private equity and I focus on fund models and property valuations. I’m currently at base $80k and 20% bonus. On top of that I have 5 years experience and a masters in finance. I’m good at my job and receive positive reviews from everyone.
