Need advice! I’m a Pega Developer (5 YOE, CSA & CSSA) with 3 offers:
TCS: ₹21 LPA (₹19.2L fixed, ₹1.8L variable),

HashedIn by Deloitte: ₹22 LPA (₹18.86L fixed, ₹3.14L variable),

Accenture: ~₹21 LPA (₹16.5L fixed + up to ₹4.46L variable).

My notice period is over. TCS can onboard immediately, while HashedIn is after a month. Which would you choose for long-term growth, work culture, hikes, and pega opportunities? Why?

Does anyone have insight on what a trading/portfolio manager role should make at a smaller RIA (less than $2B AUM). I am the first in my company to be in a trading position so am not sure what I should be expecting in terms of salary and overall comp. Thanks!
