New to NYC . Is East Village worth living in as a 30 year old single dude? Will it be weird and is it just all young college kids? Would people judge you if you go on dates and mention you live in east village?

I am finding really good 1 bedrooms to rent there compared to west village but worried about what kind of vibes it sends. I feel if I was in my early 20s it would be awesome. Finding something in west village, gramercy or Chelsea means having to downgrade to a shoebox

I’m confused by all these posts about Product Owners. I’ve worked at 3 Bay Area-based tech companies over 6 years and never heard of a Product Owner. As a product manager, i work with my engineering and design partners to figure out what to build and then build it. What role would a product owner play in all this?
