The various agencies I've worked at (small agencies) never use that method.

If you were interviewing someone from a small agency and they said they didn't use those types of account structures, would you think they were inexperienced?

People who are happy that the office is dead should reconsider. If the office is dead wouldn't that mean more outsourcing and less TC forward? Isn't it short sighted to think jobs will stay in the US if they are remote considering how expensive it is to hire here?

I interviewed with a company last week and the interviewer said he would submit my notes to the hiring manager and I would hear back this Monday from HR on next steps/if they want to move forward. I didn’t hear back yesterday so I emailed HR and she said she wasn’t part of the hiring decision so would reach out to the initial interviewer for his feedback. I haven’t heard from her and it’s been 24 hours - starting to get worried. What should I do? Does this mean they’re not interested?

For the one year of work experience requirement to get CPA license in CO, when did you qualify? Do they just do 1 year from DOH or do you need to have charged 1,800 hours of client work?

My mood has been fluctuating so much lately. I almost self harmed but stopped by grabbing something strong and drinking it straight. I've calmed down a little but this is the first time I turned to alcohol to cope. As long as I don't mix it with pills it's ok right.... I'm deep in self hate & shame now.

Every time I go through an episode, I feel like I don't get emotional support from my spouse and he feels like he can't reach me until I come out of it. Then as I emerge we are cold with each other, just going through the motions. When I'm healthy we are good. It's hard to imagine putting him through my episodes the rest of our lives, and he's weary after 19 years of this.

Girlfriend has very obvious high functioning anxiety and body image issues that she admits but thinks she doesn’t need therapy or medication and that reading self-help books will help her. It’s not changing in the last several years and it’s impacting our relationship. Anyone have experience with their SO dealing with untreated anxiety? I have been faking and slacking for last 2 years. I am not being pushed and challenged at work. Nobody bothers to follow-up on my work. I take my sweet time to do the bare minimum. I took a break for depression and came back . Still I didn’t have the enthusiasm to do the work.Should I just quit and figure out what I really want to do ?

Has anyone ever switched pharmacies for their SSRI and their new one started working less effectively? Same active ingredient but different pill (color, shape, etc), so I think a different generic form.
