Need advice on contracting role vs. full time.
Currently in the public service in an analyst position with salary of $111,000, expected raise of 3% (their raises are low). I've been approached for a contracting position (12 months with possibly renewal) with similar job profile and $100/hr rate which works out to $195,000 of all 52 weeks are billed (unlikely). I've never worked as a contractor and was wondering if this is with us worth it or should I wait for a better full-time position? Thanks!

Super curious to understand commission structures for those in tech solution sales. What’s your base comp? What % of GM hits your bottom line? I’m currently at 95k base, realizing 8% at an estimated 40% GM. Unsure if this is a competitive structure.

I’m a newly graduate from a community college. My program of study was Health Information Technician. I passed my RHIT exam a month ago, and I’ve been applying to jobs in state, out of state, and remotely to only receive “sorry you were not selected email.”I don’t have experience and I know that’s the reason I’m not getting selected.
