Need Career Advice: Deloitte vs Tredence
I have around 5 years of experience in DevOps/SRE and currently have two offers in hand:
1. Deloitte India
* Senior DevOps/SRE role
* ₹18 LPA fixed
2. Tredence
* Associate Manager (L3) / Senior DevOps Engineer
* ₹24 LPA CTC (5%variable)
For someone looking to grow in DevOps/SRE/Cloud Engineering over the next 3–5 years, which company would you recommend and why?

The tech job pays 15k more, but from what I can see will be a cluster and super long hours (has EU stakeholders). Maybe a pipe dream, but I want to have a "somewhat" decent wlb while still growing my career toward strategy and finance.

I accepted an offer from Cognizant for a consultant position a little less than a month ago. My joining date is 5th September and I would need visa sponsorship. I have completed my pre joining formalities and background verification. The thing is I haven’t heard from HR in a while and no update as yet on visa sponsorship process. Should I be worried?

Thoughts on moving from med tech to manufacturing? I moved from in-house tech to in-house med tech a couple years ago. Now, given the poor WLB, I am considering making the move out of tech, despite it being an exponentially growing industry. During my tenure at TCS, I hadn't linked Aadhaar with UAN because the aadhaar mandate was happening around the time of my resignation.. After resigning from TCS, I took a 3 year break from my job for personal reasons.
In the meantime, EPFO had migrated most of the processes from offline to online.
Then i joined EY where I was told that it was my responsibility to link aadhaar with UAN.
Further, I can't see any entry from EY in my PF passbook. I can see the TCS entry but can't mark my exit.

Do anyone feel that they are not at right place/right track in their career?
