I cleared both the Technical and Managerial rounds for a Data Engineer role, and HR informed me that the feedback is positive. However, I was recently told that the requisition/profile is currently "on hold from the onshore side."

Has anyone experienced a similar situation at Optum? Did the requisition eventually reopen and move forward, or was it ultimately

I got offer from XYZ company, but my current company ABC had a call with me and had me stay in the current company. They offered me same offer which XYZ offered. But they officially didn't give any offer letter but they said you will get revised salary in march month. But I didn't receive revised salary. I just have mail confirmation regarding retention offer. Again I spoke to concerned person this month, they said, central team is processing still, in April'22 u will receive revised salary.
