Current CTC: 10 LPA (100% Fixed)

Offer Compay: Deloitte USI

Offer: 13L fixed + 1.4L(10%) Variable + 50k relocation expanses(as per slips submitted)

Location: Pune

Is it a good offer as per market standard or i got lowballed?
