I got selected into Capgemini (13.6 fixed, 14 ctc) project team which is having support and sometimes Integration, 2 offshore (including me) and one onsite, weekend on call shift was given with comp offs, in Accenture (12.8 fixed, 15.9 ctc) HR didn't reveal about Project and once i joined it will be discussed by project team it seems. I need a work life Balance with learning. Please let me know it would be very helpful to me, will I choose Capgemini project or wait for Accenture

I received a job offer from a PI firm (MVA and tractor trailer cases) in Houston, Texas; the bonus proposed was 2.5% of attorney’s fees for any cases settled each quarter. We are assigned 50 cases a quarter and the top attorney clears $25K each quarter. This is my first time working at a PI firm. Can anyone share any guidance? Is 2.5% industry standard? Is it realistic to settle/resolve that many cases? I am trying to learn more about this niche before I counter-offer and attempt to negotiate.
