Duties would have me responsible for a small team of research nurses as well as other managerial duties for the department. I have been a research nurse for 3 years now, but I have no experience applying for a salaried position or a role in leadership. What sort of salary would be appropriate to ask for? I have been offered a position at a non-US B4 with a 2 year path to partner. I know one of the partners at the local firm and have the support of the regional service line lead, and am bringing a specialized skill set they are trying to open a new business around. The KPIs seem achievable and I’ll be in charm school to help build support within that timeline. Most of me thinks a 2 year path under these circumstances realistic but my inner skeptic is jaded.
