So, i am giving zero efforts and rigrously looking for switch and jobs. As of now, I got verbal onfirmation from an mnc (10k plus employee) and they are offering 60 percent hike and want me to join in second week of july. Need advice now on this. Also bit confused why are they saying pip getting positive.

Some companies give hike according to certain percentage. Nw from my previous Company's Ctc was very less. So if i am getting an 40% hike based on my previous CTC it's still less then my expected CTC and it ll be difficult for me to survive and relocate in metro cities. What should be the salary expectations of a 3.8 years experienced, post graduate, ISTQB certified QA Engineer? I am under salary negotiation with a company and need suggestions. My current in-hand CTC is 6.5 LPA.

I had offer from company A and B. A was offering only 22% hike on my CTC but copany B was offering 30% hike on CTC. After accepting the offer from company A and just before 20 days of LWD I asked for making it to 30% hike. Company A is not responding , no communication , No reply to mails and not picking up the call. What to do? any suggestion will be appricaited.
