Please let me know, if you have joined ArcelorMittal, not sure but since this is an Indian company I expect it's working hours to be in sync with Indian timings, hence can expect a better wlb.
Also can you let me know how you got the interview call and how long did the whole process took as I am also getting interviewed in ArcelorMittal (through a consultantancy) for senior AI engineer role, but the process is talking very long, after phone screening the first interview took 2 weeks, was the same case with you also?

Case load= malpractice? Small plaintiff’s firm of 25 attorneys. I was a 2 year associate hired and given 50 active files in pre litigation status. 9 mos later a partner quit and I inherited 45 more. I got up to 105 files. Now I hover at 85 active files in varying stages of pre lit. I asked managing partner for help and was told to settle more claims to lessen my load. Is this what people consider negative work culture?

Any advice for dealing with a constipated puppy? She had been sick and the vet gave her medicine for the vomiting/diarrhea, which is working great for vomiting and lack of appetite but she hasn’t had a bowel movement in a few days even after a few good walks.. she’s a ticking time bomb!

Let me share my interview experience with Amazon India

1. Cleared 1 screening and 2 technical rounds. I got confirmation that result is positive but position is closed. We are referring u 4 another role. 2. Again 1 screening and 2 technical rounds which got cleared. On the day of final leadership interview got a call from recruiter that this position is closed. Refering u 4 another role. 3. Direct technical round. Got rejected. No more referal 😀
