I cleared HCL technical interview around 1.5 to 2 months back, they were slow in each step and finally conducted HR round and collected docs bt DEC 20th Or so, but still they didn't give offer letter. Every day I call HR and he says offer will be ready by tomorrow, just waiting for one last approval. But same story again next day. Anyone facing such situation? Will they really give offer or say some vague reasons at last minute?
