Need urgent help, I have only 1 week left in NP. I cleared HCL technical interview around 1.5 to 2 months back, they were slow in each step and finally conducted HR round and collected docs bt DEC 20th Or so, but still they didn't give offer letter. Every day I call HR and he says offer will be ready by tomorrow, just waiting for one last approval. But same story again next day. Anyone facing such situation? Will they really give offer or say some vague reasons at last minute?

HR called and informed that i have L2 round.. what they will ask in L2 round.. how to clear L2 round.. in first round they asked full basic concepts and configuration and now don't know what is the expectations in L2 round... Making $37,000 right now in NC and have been at the same company for two years since graduating college (haven't received any raises during this time). I know cost of living is more in MA, but I'm not sure what I should be asking for.

Is there a corporate way to bring up to senior leaders that an IC is causing issues across multiple teams because they are demanding and also doesn’t collaborate well?
