🔵 D&B — 28.5L fixed + 10% var | Gen AI QA role
🟡 EY GDS — 29L fixed + 0-20% var + 1.5L bonus |Usual test lead role
🟠 Straive — 32L fixed + 2L var | Gen AI QA role
🔴 Optum — 26.5L fixed + 5L var | Gen AI QA role

Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. I have 2 masters (mba, ms) from top schools, been in consulting for over 10 years, I am confident that I know my stuff well..but still I keep getting rejected. I have received an offer from a company and I'm in the second stage of interviews with another company. I am very interested to see if I could make it through for the second company. So can I accept the offer from first company and then if second one also sends an offer then let the first company know I would like to reject? Also i am on H1B visa. Should I be concerned with that?

Hi all I got an offer with UST, YOE 5.6, CTC provided by the company is 14.2 and 5% variable pay so fixed is 13.5 how much I can expect take home, is it less for the experience I have or fair enough. I’m from cloud background
