1️⃣ Dentsu (Direct FT)
Role: Senior Frontend Lead (Angular)
Pros: Stability, full-time perks, financial services domain

2️⃣ Publicis Sapient (Contract-to-Hire)
Role: Senior Associate (Node.js + Angular)
Pros: Higher base, brand name
Priorities: Job security > growth > comp. Publicis’s C2H worries me—heard about layoffs/WLB issues. Would you risk it for C2H, or play safe with Dentsu? Honest takes appreciated!

Why has it been so dang hard to move from banking to a strategy role in my industry or expertise? Or a start up? 90% of my applications have passed on me before even giving me a first round interview! I’ve been on over 6 deals, and wanting out and it’s been extremely frustrating!
