What do you tell your CEO who wants ROI on PR campaigns?

First time BDR here 3 months into my role and really struggling to book qualified meetings. The BDR that had my territory last was one of the worst performing on the team and since he inherited a new territory he’s been a top performer. Even my AE’s fully acknowledge how difficult it is to build a good pipeline in this territory. Any advice?

My boss in my creative agency threatened to fire me because I, a male, came into work with my nails painted. HR is having a very complicated day today as I found out I could take legal action if he does fire me since we don't have an established dress code that has any guidelines against male nail polish wearing.

I am fed up of my people lead/supervisor
Gives unrealistic deadlines, has no time for discussion and next day he is up with his nagging behaviour

Doesnt even know how to talk in a certain professional manner, fed up with his nagging behaviour.

And yeah forgets everything! Need to remind him each and everytime about the tasks and boom, then he comes up with his negative demotivating statements!

Can anyone please refer me, have 2 years experience in Java, SQL, Spring Boot, Hibernate and Microservices.

How long does it take EY GDS to hire? I've applied for some positions (bcom fresher) on June last week. For 2 positions (Core AMS- Staff & GDS.SaT_VME_BVals_Analyst) it's showing "we'd like to progress you to the next step in our recruiting process" since July 1st. Today I learned a new thing. One candidate was referred by a colleague of mine in the system. He got selected and offer letter rolled out.

When he checked the system he realized the referral was not taken and the background system captured it as direct hire.

So my friend is not going to get any referral incentive.
