Need advice. I’m a super senior content EP at a well known agency in the U.S., where I’ve been for quite some time. Checked out http://Glassdoor.com, and I make at the high end of the ranges for similar agencies. In the past year I’ve also taken on additional responsibilities (outside of traditional EP duties) that have doubled my workload and raised my profile quite a bit. How should I go about brining up a sizable salary bump (some creatives and even planning peeps earn more with much less responsibility)?

You can negotiate more equity. Everything else is pretty standard and they likely won’t budge on

We need more details. What level did you get an offer for (L4 or L5), which group (Cloud, Youtube, Search, GBO), what role did you get (TAM, Customer Engineer) and we need City (or similar city).
Two things to consider.
1. Our bonus is almost always between 18-21%
2. Total comp seems to go up around 20-24% per year (taking into account raises, equity refreshes, and equity appreciation). In two years you will probably be pulling in high 200s / low 300s.....while doing a 40 hour work week
New York to stay in New York, for a business analyst role in sales strat and ops for a somewhat recent acquisition brand. I just don’t want to accept 220 all in if it’s not going to be 300 all in within a couple years, haven’t gotten to level 4 or 5 chat yet, but I’ve heard I have to insist on 5 for my own good

If this a level 4 role then this is a great salary
If this is a level 5 role it's a bit low on the equity. Your total comp will probably be around 240-280
You can't ask the recruiter to consider you for an L5 role anymore - that was determined by your interviewers during your interview.
You can ask to restart the entire process it's unlikely you will get the bump to L5 as your original interviewers would have done that already.
Keep in mind that total comp goes up about 20-25,% year. I started around your pay and broke 400k at the 2.5 year mark.

Yeah but what company? You can’t just say “FAANG” and expect a single answer. If Google, sounds like an offer from Looker
