Hi Fishes, I am bit confused to pick the role in KPMG lighthouse as Sr Cloud Data architect or Saama technology as a Project lead. Money wise it is not a big difference. In KPMG I will work with partner where as in saama I will work with project/program manager. Please suggest your opinion. Saama KPMG KPMG India
I have offer of 20 LPA from Oracle IDC Pune. Project is related to Oracle Primavera Cloud. I had a discussion with the hiring manager and everything sounded good to me.
I just wanted to know if there are any red flags I should be aware of. So please help me fishes.

PwC. Trust me

I assume none of them have ever worked at PwC.
Pay is not the same tho, EY is higher. 🤣

PWC has PTO Accrual

PwC FDD brand name is probably marginally better? Like really small.
I would highly recommend you make the decision based on the people. Prioritize learning with/from the right people, and you will have maximized your time in FDD.
They’re probably similar enough that its just gonna be a matter of fit which will vary person to person
EY seems more willing to promote early if you really shine. Just something to consider

Cause PWC is slightly better in deal flow/ size. Plus you get PTO accrual
pwc
Pwc just sounds better 🤭
Depends heavily on the region. Where are you located? I’m obviously biased, but EY gets my vote.
New York office
PwC because I’m with PwC lol
Go with culture fit.

New York is such a big market, culture will be similar at both. Take whichever one gives you the better offer including signing bonus. EY’s total comp all in was higher than pwc’s this year but if they give you a better offer, go with them. For smaller markets, culture matters a lot more.
