Hi all, my H1B got approved today and I am waiting on the actual physical notice. In parallel I have a L2 EAD extension request in process. My H1B is valid from oct 1 only. At the moment I'm a procurement consultant in London, but want to make a move towards supply chain consulting. My preference would go out to a supply chain consulting role which is more analytically challenging. Do you have any advice on how to make the transition (e.g. firms which would help me transition or courses to upskill myself before applying)?

Where are the main hubs for supply chain consulting in the US? Where is your firms largest SC team located? Or are most SC consultants spread out all over the country to serve local clients (similar to Europe)? I have been hinted by a partner for an opportunity to relocate and I am looking for tips regarding location.

I’m currently in change management and have no experience in supply chain but I’m interested in getting into it. Realistic to transition in? Would CSCP be my best shot?
