Need a help, I got offer from Deutsche. It is an average offer. Other company think future is offering me 35% on top of Deutsche CTC.
I tried negotiating but db line manager is so stuck that no more pay than that, and unfortunetly my ego got hurt from it- Its not right but it is what it is.
What you guyz suggest which company?

Then you rent a space for them to all work in, yea? Like a dorm. Nice beds and like a beer allowance. And your productive output is quite high man. Like you can take on at least 5 projects per copywriter. That's 50 projects x $150/hr/project.

Then by the end of the year, you've got a team of at the very least 30. And your productive output has increased quite a bit.

Is an MBA required to get senior leadership roles in Canada? I always find myself wondering if, down the line, I will regret not doing an MBA. However, my peers (with and without MBAs) don’t seem to think MBAs are needed in Canada if you have the right experiences. Would love to hear more opinions on this

I’m a new grad (well not so new) I do have some experience in operations management. I have 2 job offers- one for supply chain coordinator at a mid sized FMCG firm, one of in the credit department at a global bank, the latter is totally different from what I’ve been doing and I am not sure if I want to switch. In terms of compensation both are similar but the first one is more flexible / relaxed in terms of hybrid/wfh options. I want to know the scope of supply chain before pivoting into banking
