Newly promoted Snr Auditor (~90k) getting leads from recruiters for Internal Audit / GL Accountant / Revenue Specialist / Mgmt Consulting. Compensation appears comparable (~100k) but the consulting position bonus can go upwards of 40% supposedly. Mostly looking to leave for better WLB.

Wondering which offers best career advancement and exit opps a couple yrs down the road. Currently mostly remote but these positions would be hybrid (3 days in office). Thanks

Coming from ACN, senior analyst, 3yrs total experience so far & wanting to get into the data analytics/BI work. Currently have had experience working with SQL developer, OBIEE/OBIA, Teradata in ERP and Healthcare projects. I had cleared all the rounds in S&P and had salary discussion 1.5 month back. The HR is always saying the management is on leave and will soon get the approval and release offer. Today she shas asked for one more week to release the offer. Should I wait for it or move on. Are they waiting for some other candidate to join before rejecting me at last moment. Mid level Electrical Engineer in the greater Baltimore, MD area making $115k base w/ $20k sign on bonus. No yearly bonus. I started this job in April of this year. 2-3 years experience. When I onboarded they told me to expect promotion to EE III in about a year. Is it possible to land a financial analyst position with only 6 months of experience in audit? I tried to stick it out w/ B4 but I don’t think I can do it anymore. I’m interested in duties like budgeting/forecasting, but haven’t come across very many entry level positions. I’m mostly seeing entry level jobs that are called “financial analyst” but include duties like JE/reconciliations. I don’t have SQL/Tableau experience either... so not sure if I just need more experience in a diff role first?

I try to hide it from my boyfriend, but its impact is flowing into my personal life.
