Drink as much coffee as I need to to get through my shift. Then I take melatonin before bed. If I'm still struggling, I'll take Benadryl, but I don't like doing it if I don't have to because it makes me feel so groggy the next morning.
Just do your best through the day and try to reset that night. The time change has been difficult for me this week. Hoping to get some extra rest this weekend and hopefully go back to feeling normal.
I take a couple valerian root pills. They are natural and help me sleep, melatonin doesn't always work for me.
I usually just buy them at Walmart in the natural supplements, they have always worked for me but there are porbably better brands out there.
