NTT DATA Has anyone received only variable pay but no hike this year? If yes what was the reason shared by supervisors?

l interviewed for Deloitte (India not USI) in January, and accepted an offer letter with DOJ of 25th April, later HR asked me to join on 11th April for which I agreed. Now I haven't received the revised offer letter or any links other than BGV and Pre-Hire form from Deloitte and now the HR is not even picking my calls or responding to emails.
Any advice on what to do?

While Accenture location is more suitable for me and also acc offering much more than Infy, I heard Accenture has pretty hectic WLB and also have firing tendency. Now, somebody please clarify about my problems please!

What is that salary after which one shouldn't be negotiating further. Is there an upper limit to that. For e.g if someone is at 10 lpa with 5 yoe he can desire for a 100 percent hike but not someone who is at 20 lpa with 7 yoe. Wanted to know how the yoe and ECTC curve works.
