Has anyone been successful in negotiating the schedule on a global pregnancy bill? My provider won't bill by visit and split the global cost into four payments all due by the 28th week. I don't understand how that's legal since it is so off the calendar of services and crosses calendar years (and insurance coverage), where most costs are incurred at the end of pregnancy with increased visit frequency and delivery.

I don’t get documentation time either, but all notes are to be completed the same day. Hi sharks, I am currently in my 3rd company, I now have 3 EPF accounts. My first company was handled by trust but they migrated to EPFO this year. Decided to transfer 1st->3rd and 2nd ->3rd EPF accounts after I joined my 3rd org this year. My 1 -> 3 transfer was accepted but 2->3 was rejected by field office stating the reason that wages are more than 15000. But my first gave me 3.5 lpa and then after switch, salary hiked. I don't know how can I proceed with this and transfer now?

When HR asks expected salary, and you tell a number which is 70-80% high, how do you justify it to HR?
I've used 'im being underpaid' tactic and it worked once. Need to know more tactics.
