I hear you. It’s frustrating when you come in, do your job well, and somehow feel like you’re the problem while others get a pass. A lot of good nurses feel that way. The fact that you still care says a lot about the kind of person and nurse you are.
Sometimes it’s not the profession it’s the environment. Have you always worked in the same setting, or have you tried different areas? I’d love to hear more about your experience.

I understand how you are feeling. This job can be very exhausting and we don't get paid nearly enough. The people who do the least amount of work always seem to be rewarded.
