Comparing Natzi concentration camps to that of US holding facilities it absolutely absurd. The Natzi abused innocent Jews while they waited for their death. The Jews did not commit a crime. It is illegal to cross the border unannounced therefore, illegal immigrants have committed a crime. I am ashamed that you are making the comparison of Natzi’s horrible crimes to that of the US. The illegal immigrants don’t go without food and are housed in a temperature controlled facility. Shame on you for spreading hateful propaganda.
Technically you are wrong. I feel obligated to say that I don't believe being Jewish is a crime. However, it's important for you to know that you are wrong here, because "law" doesn't correlate with "morals."
With that said, according to the Nuremberg Laws, the Jewish people did commit a crime. By being Jewish, they were illegal and committing a crime. They were mass deported, disallowed from most jobs, and ostracized. The entire country and it's people slowly but surely agreed that the Jewish people (along with other people's including homosexuals, Black people, and Romani people) were illegal and deserved to be treated as less.
Laws have nothing to do with morals. Slavery was legal. A little over 50 years ago, it was illegal for my grandfather to vote. So he'd be a criminal too!
Illegal immigration is a $250 fine. That's it. It's about as bad as a speeding ticket.
So suddenly detention of illegal immigrants in government facilities = forced extermination of 10+million people?

Except no one compared them to the Nazis or extermination camps. They just pointed out that detention camps meet the definition of concentration camp. Which was a term well before Dachau was founded.
The Bush administration appropriated the term “homeland” from the Nazis. Did you have issues with that?
