Offered CTC: 42L to 48L Fixed + Variable Bonus

Never thought companies like HCL, Coforge, Tech Mahindra, Wipro, TCS and EXL can offer that much salaries. Just 5 years back I was working with one of them with an annual pkg of 4.5L.

I am fortunate to get all these offers. But my final decision is biased towards Deloitte USI or EYGDS.

EYGDS is offering 4L more than DUSI at Manager

Pls suggest which one to join?
