I am done working in my current company. I thought I will get retained but didn't get what I was expecting so out of self respect I left the company. Apart from this, this company gave me a lot in terms of growth and learning. I miss my place, my team, it was too good.

How do you guys come out of such feeling? Is this common for workoholic?

Ps, I miss my crush too. Kept seeing him for 3 years but we never spoke. Just exchanged Hi's.

What is the best way to reach out after not getting the job to ask for feedback? Do interviewers really ahve time to provide feedback for the candidate they didn't go with?

We have a large unused professional library that includes a variety of authors, topics, and lots of the scholastic teaching resource books. Most are more than 5 years old, some much older. Some multiple copies of titles that were book studies over the years. No one is using these books and we need the space. I hate to just dump them in a trash bin. After setting them out for people to pick through at school, what can be done with these materials?
