Working female here. My husband unintentionally referred that I moved to 'his' house. I was sortof pissed because the place where we've been living was jointly furnished by me & husband which costed us over 10 lakhs. The place is owned by his parents.
Other material stuff like car is also jointly owned by us (50-50% contribution by us).
I never thought that it's not my house but something just hit me hard today.
Shall I buy some land in my name too? (I'm 6 yoe)

Hey fishes, can someone tell me how the 80c bracket works, i know i can get exempt upto 1.5lakh under it, what i wanna know is does PF comes under it or not? For example if my yearly pf deduction is 20k and VPF is 10k so now will i still be able to show investment of 1.5lakh under 80c apart from PF and VPF or i'll be able to get exemption on only 1.2 lakh( 1.5lakh-30k= 1.2lakh)?

Started in *May* - Prior to signing everything, I expressed concern to the recruiter about the credit check. Honestly, it’s not great but it’s not terrible. The recruiter told me many times to not sweat it because it the background check was the main thing. And that we could talk through anything on the credit report. Now HR is telling me they may rescind the offer pending review. I’m crushed. What can I do?
