Ok so I had an interview, then they gave me a case study which I bombed. Then I went to a networking event where I met a woman who works in the same group and asked me to send her my resume. Now she says she'll send my resume to the same group that gave me the case study.

On a scale of 1-10 how big a waste of time do you think this will be? Should I tell her about the failed case study?

Worse they say We'll check or get back to you. But never come back. Luckily I got selected into a tier-1 company and their Recruiter ignored me once 😂. I am gonna personally meet that recruiter on Day1.

If you had a PE interview in 6 days and haven't done much prep, what are the things you should do to get ready in a limited time frame?

The hiring manager was very straight forward with me that I was his top candidate and I was told all other interviews were very positive incl CMO.
