Hello, Need an advice on my offer from Deloitte. I am on OPT and looking for H1B sponsorship this year, recruiter said they will do it but I am wondering if I join after 2 weeks will they be able to do it as there won’t be much time left. My current company will file H1 for me. I got an offer for a consultant role at D with 25$k extra than my current salary and 10$k sign in bonus but I am currently working as a Sr Con. Is it advisable to take a risk in my case considering H1 as a priority?

I lead our SOC practice for a US mid tier cpa/consulting firm. I've been losing a lot of deals due to lower cost / boutique vendors who are partnered with these SOC automation platforms (Vanta, Laika, etc.). I left Deloitte month but i have not received any full and final settlement and release documents. How much time does it take for Deloitte to process. My concern is with release documents more after resignation I have not received any email from Deloitte on my personal ID in next organisation i need releasing letter.
