I joined CG 6 months back and was on training for 3-4 months for Dynamics CRM, completing multiple MS certifications. Post that I was mapped to an account for the project & was under shadow.

After shadow completed it seems like there's no project openings in the account for which I was selected. And now management wants me to go for other certs.

Please help me know whom can I approach & ask for project openings/tagging. I'm worried as it's already been 6 months!

They want a playbook/ manual designing up. They have the copy (2000words) and existing design guidelines. So basically its just putting these elements together.

Edward Jones advisor with 30 million AUM and roughly 250k gross production. Been there for almost 4 years. Got an offer at Merrill Lynch to take over a 100 million dollar retirement transition plan in 5 years, or to join a 5 person Merrill Lynch team that manages a lot.

Pros to EJ: Have my own office, a year or two away from partnership, great office setting and client satisfaction.

Pros to Merrill: Bump in compensation, additional tools and services w banking, ability to take over assets.

Considering starting a consulting firm hiring mostly ADHD geniuses who are limited by normal office (pre-covid) environment.

Taboo+Stigma would make winning business a little more difficult, but hires would have had some measure of success on C.V.

Now consider the statement opportunity it might be for a brand to be the first client. Might be big news.
