7 - I like the firm a lot, but I know I could make more elsewhere. Struggling with happiness vs taking a chance for a better salary
Which firm?
3. Miserable everyday, the work is not fulfilling, there is no organization and it feels like I’m constantly putting out fires, micromanaged, demeaned, and not learning a new skill or advancing in anyway. But I can work from home and get a paycheck.
I’m looking in two different mirrors.
3 normally, 5 on a good day, 1 on fire drill days
10 solo prac that’s the only reason
Only 2, I’m a 6 year lawyer though

That firm sucks

8, but I’m probably going to leave anyway, haha. It just doesn’t make sense to work for someone else on the plaintiff side.

8-9. Only bc I have to work when I want to be a couch potato for the rest of my life will I not give them a 10.
I absolutely love my job so I would say a 10. I work for really great attorneys that pay me well and treat me well. I have several friends that cannot say the same so I feel fortunate to have landed at the firm I am at and hope to stay here for several years.
I’d say a 7. It would be an 8 if it weren’t for some of my awful clients.

I would say maybe 8
I think I could make more elsewhere and I have a bad commute. We don’t have very good cases referred to us by pre lit firms. But work life balance is good and my boss definitely cares about his employees, attorneys, and staff.
