One of my friend got opportunity in FIS, he has offer with wipro but wipro is paying 3 lak lesser than fis. Considering current situation in FIS is it advisable to ask him to join here, because I heard lay off news every month and then.

He is java developer and has 10 YOE.

I got an offer from infosys for 5.5lpa+75k bonus, & now I have another offer of 7.5k+80k from globallogic. I prefer to join infosys as it is in my home town.
But the catch here is I accepted the offer from infosys, can i talk to HR again to revise my offer as I am expecting at least 6.5lpa. I am afraid if they revoke my current offer also. Yoe:1.5y / cctc:3.85lpa
