In all seriousness... thinking is a common act for every human. We wish we could stop, and tell ourselves all the time to stop thinking (guilty! 🙋🏻♀️). But is that useful? Not usually. It is incredibly uncomfortable when we are thinking of something that makes us feel anything but happy, but instead of stopping it... be with it. Example: we all get sick, we can’t REALLY change that, we can do things to prevent it and help it run its course quicker. But we can’t snap our finger and just be healthy or avoid all sickness all the time. So be with it, accept that it’s there it’s happening no matter how uncomfortable you are. Practicing mindfulness (meditation, yoga, breathing, etc) Is huge. I am not an expert and I am just a beginning - just sharing what I’ve learned.

Weeds only going to dull the current affects, self reflection could help you address the issue. Also, speak with a therapist, I advise everyone I speak with to see one. Someone to help you work out ish in your head.. good luck!
