I'm a 2024 BSc Computer Science graduate and currently working at Accenture

I'm planning to pursue an MSc alongside my job and I'm confused

•Is an Online MSc worth it in the long run?
•Should I choose a university directly or a college affiliated with a university?
•Is managing a regular MSc along with a full-time job practical?
•While switching companies later, will having a regular MSc degree while being employed create any issues?

Emerson export engineering - 15L fixed + 1.6 variable
Wolters Kluwer - 15L fixed + 10% bonus + 1L joining bonus

Which one is better and which should i join. Emerson is calling to office from 1st days and wolters kluwer have agreed for few months of work from home.

is it OK to negotiate if you agreed upon an offer and number seems low when you see in offer letter . would the company/manager can block you if they feel like you are playing because you show interest and negotiating multiple times?
