Hello everyone! I am a Judicial Law Clerk, which I have been for a little over two years now. However, I’m planning on moving into the AML/Compliance realm. I have a background in finance, having been a Finance Disbursing Officer in the Army for 6 years with one deployment in that role. I completed my first round interview with wipro. I belive I didn't perform well at interview and left interview in middle as my manager in current company ringing phone constantly . But suprisingly after a week I got call from recruiter stating 1st interview is cleared and there is a HR round without any L2 round. And HR round was also done package was decided and recruiter sent some links for bgv and said offer gonna be released in next week. Is this a clean process or should I suspect?

Hi recently I was interviewing few candidate for ML engineer and business analyst profile.
Got few candidate (total 6) schedule for that role on lever.
Took interview of 2 of them on day 1 and rest 4 on day 2.
4 out of 6 were from Mindtree.
And none of them were actually the one which they portrayed on resume.
They were liers, they don't even know basic sql, python forget about stats.
Have anyone recently faced the similar situation with Mindtree people ?
