Now, everyone sits in complete silence because we know HR is analyzing the footage for negative attitudes. Is this even legal, or has corporate surveillance officially gone too far?

So I had been working as medical interpreter up to the early part of this year. I’ve previously worked for 10 years as a medical assistant in a variety of specialties and primary care. Lately, I’ve been feeling a bit stuck as to my next step. Part of me want to go into management, another part is saying go get your RN, and the other is saying go into Social Work. I’m all over the place. Any ideas? And how would I be able to cross over to management?

It is my first professional health coach job & they did not require temps to have a coaching certification, but I have one. I’d like to know if temps could negotiate salary when given the job offer.
