Help! I’m in a position I like with a client I’m fine with, and have a GOOD work life balance and an awesome team. I got a job opportunity dropped in my lap that would be a promotion and raise, working with an old boss I love. The clients would be more public health initiatives, so less of an ethical pretzel (it’s hard running competitive against a safer/more effective drug), but I’m afraid of going back to all work no life. How do I choose?

How valuable is the AWS cloud practitioner and AWS solution architect certifications if I’m coming from a consulting role where it wasn’t applied much practically, even though company is Health IT . Registered dental assistant in Texas, I am looking for more information on pay and benefits through an orthodontics office. Currently I am making a very low hourly wage (just over minimum wage) with a monthly bonus that fluctuates a lot. In the past year the bonus has ranged from $900-$2400 after taxes. We get no health benefits however we do receive orthodontic treatment at no cost. Is this common for Texas orthodontic offices?

I have an offer from Amdocs and CSG. As SDE1. In amdocs i would be put in healthcare domain (c++) and in csg i would be working on the RnD department on a cloud based technology (c++, .net, c#, aws). Any experience with Dealhub CPQ > SFDC > Workday then some sales and unit info back to SFDC and Dealhub CPQ experience? Essentially wondering how well Dealhub integrates with WD and if it really solves all of our problems like we are hearing or if it is just another system that will will need to be manually updated and maintained. My gut says if people aren’t updating SFDC appropriately today, CPQ may not be the magic pill to correct all ailments (more of the same). Any thoughts? Am I off base?
