Partners who actually advocate for their associates with clients and push back against unrealistic expectations (instead of just crushing associates) are the best and will always have their work prioritized.

Cavatappi in Roasted Red Pepper Cream Sauce

Tired of of the same old boring tomato marinara sauce? Try a roasted red pepper cream sauce!

Red bell peppers are roasted in the oven until sweet. It is then blended with caramelized onions, garlic, red pepper flakes, sun dried tomato paste, and cream into a silky, smooth and velvety sauce. Finish the sauce with a knob of butter and coat your pasta. Cavatappi works well here. Don’t forget to shave a little Pecorino Romano

Help me save the day: have a massive excel file (600k rows) with duplicate records (column a, b and c are duplicate, not a duplicate if a and b are the same though). How can I filter for just these records? If it didn’t crash excel I could concat into one column, Conditional format for duplicates, and sort by color. What’s a work around?
