I feel you, OP. One of my clients has a “no talking on the phone” sign in the bathroom. I always wonder what kind of hyenas raised the people who caused the client to buy this sign. And then I remember: it’s the ones who are 8 business days late on their PBCs 🙄
Have vendors in our office who talk on the phone on a conference call, while in the bathroom. I purposefully make a lot of noise, hoping the people on the other end of the call can hear it in the background.
There was this guy who walked into a stall while talking on the phone and was taking care of his business and he even flushed while he was mid sentence and it didn't even cause him to miss a beat. Whoever was the on the other end of that call is probably hating life.

People that use their phones at the urinal are the worst
People being on their phone in the washroom, whether talking or on FB, means they spend longer in the washrooms, which is a real problem now that we are all packed on to floors at the rate of 1 person per square meter
Phones laptop use is just nasty in the bathroom
Hey! If there were more space, I wouldn't have to use the bathroom as my office! That was only workspace available. So leave me alone and hush, I'm on a client call.
