Some meetings I take from my kitchen counter so I get a standing break
Eh holding off on buying any expensive standing desks, and desk riser wouldn’t work with my monitor. But one day will get standing desk and under desk treadmill
Pro
I walk everyday….to my bottle of HIMS fat pills and back to my computer. I have fully embraced WALL-E World.
I’ve blocked 30 minutes a day to walk outside. I actually get away with it 2-3 times a week if lucky. But my mental health and then my work suffer if I don’t.
Same. I tried implementing a routine where I “clock out for the day” by going on a walk, thus ending the work day. Doesn’t always happen but it’s nice when I’m able to
Yes I am absolutely, I get up and take a walk. It’s not that different from working from home , just about setting personal boundaries with work.
Fortunately I have a 1 year old who keeps me on my toes.
Get a dog. Not kidding. Forces you outside!
This!! We have 2 dogs and live in an apartment so I block off time on my calendar for a walk and / or take calls with my air pods.
My eyes got worse from not taking screen breaks, and getting up to walk to meetings anymore. Fr. This is good advice.
I Def need an eye exam myself, America's Best is a decent place for contacts 💙👁
agree with this post so hard

Walking pad/standing desk is the only way I get movement all day. (Other than dropping off the kids in the morning)
I work out every morning before I start work, then walk the dog after work.
