I have a townhome I want to rent out and wanted to see if there would be any interest here for a furnished townhouse (just main things like bedframes, sofa, dining table, bar stools etc). Most property managers are saying people wouldn't go for furnished, but I think it might be helpful for someone who doesn't want to move stuff or buy stuff. Anyone have slow months where you burn through a lot of your allotted pro bono/professional development hours to keep hitting minimum daily hours? The past few weeks have been like this for me.
