When applying for U.S. jobs (as Canadian), do you check the box that says "Sponsorship required" (TN visa)?

I'm finding many companies telling me no due to needing Visa sponsorship, which in reality isnt really the case since we just need a job offer letter and apply.

My company’s immigration counsel wants to put my office address and my “WFH” address (aka my home address) on my H1B application. Is this standard? Will it result in making my home address publicly available online? Any other reasons for concern with that?

Im on L1A visa with PwC and can apply for EB1C ( no PERM needed) after 1 year. Question is - if I want to switch companies, can new employer sponsor my GC. If yes, then can they apply for EB1C category too or only EB2 for which PERM is required?

My h1b petition was approved till September 2022. I was not able to get it stamped through previous employer and now my current employer is willing to transfer the H1b. Since the petition got expired can someone guide me what is the process for this ?

While applying for visa my company quoted 80K as compensation. Now they want to reduce it to 75K.
