In my view go for Sopra. I work in BFS domain and have heard good name of the company. They are European organization, and likely to have better policies and work culture. With Indian companies, you might just be treated as labor/ RESOURCE rather than a person.
Sopra as a company is good , but there are limited projects and work . Check on which DU you will be deployed and what is job profile.
Count VP as 50-60% of the stated amount and then make your calculations.

Infosys VP is part of ctc. Not sure about other orgs.
So 18lpa may not be fixed, 2.7L will be variable of that.
No LTi is worst ! Go for Infosys.. you’ll get good projects and flexibility to work from home also

What's ur current CTC and LTI mindtree offer 10% variable pay included in 18.2
And my current CTC is 10.3 LPA with 21% VP

Infosys took a whole month to complete all rounds. Then more 15 days to get offer letter.
Sopra Steria was 2 weeks max. Same with LTI

It's good. Check Glassdoor reviews. Also ask here in Bowl. During my time in KPMG, I met a guy from there. He gave a good feedback but salary is low.
