I submitted the documents 2 weeks back. HR discussed salary last week and told me that I will receive the salary breakup by last week only. Still have not received any update after that.
I have sent the email to HR yesterday asking for the status but no reply yet.

I regret choosing Deloitte India over USI, salary is same but i liked the clarity of my leadership team, which is still the same they are awesome, but USI people are getting many benefits, on time Hikes and appraisals, but i don't get all of those, which is kinda depressing.

My concern is with release documents more after resignation I have not received any email from Deloitte on my personal ID in next organisation i need releasing letter. Hey fishes. I have been offered Management Consultant role with CTC break up in terms of JB, RB, fixed and variable. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? Also, will claimable components like LTA, mobile bill reimbursement etc. be in addition to this fixed component or will they be included in it?

What's with the probation period with Deloitte India? What's the rate of termination, if there are any, unlike the other firms (who have a probation but 99.99% of the employees are confirmed at the end of probation).
