I had an interview with Cognizant and then got an email from HR to fill in CIS form and also along with to send all the documents. After i send all those details i got an email saying the position went on hold and to wait until they revert.
Any idea that how much time it would take for the position to be released? They did not respond when i asked the same question.

It's such a bummer to hear this of any establishment. I remember working in a toxic restaurant and it was a nightmare. I felt like I was doing the jobs of 5 people every shift. Just stay as positive as you can and actively start looking for the next opportunity. I can assure you, not all places operate this way, but I'm sorry you are experiencing that.
Nice
As I am new to the job market again, I found myself getting hired at the local McDonald's here on the south side of town. When I got hired originally, I was ecstatic about getting a job because I wasn't able to find anything around me for almost two months, and since I don't drive, made it even harder. I've been with this particular McDonald's now two weeks, and I honestly hate it. I worked McDonald's years ago as my first job at 18, im now 49 years old and things have changed since then. I was offered no training for the new things I would be operating, and when I thought I was doing things the right way, a 20 year old shift lead periodically throughout my shift, humiliated me in front of everyone, including customers. Only video training I was given was on how to make the perfect ice cream cones (when the machine is not broken down...daily occurrence to by the way), hash browns and how to work the grill area, which i had never done. The plus side of the training videos was the videos about how to know toxicity in the work place and verbal abuse. Even after my first day in, my daughter ordered food from them, which they screwed up on. When she went back to have them correct THEIR mistake, they were rude and scolded her and my husband about the order. My daughter, even for being an adult, came back in tears and said she has never been so humiliated in her life. In the restaurant business, customer service is #1. I know this to my core. Every job that deals one on one with customers...customers are always right, even when they are wrong. You make the situation better by working with the customer to resolve the issue, not by attacking them verbally.
Especially if there's no HR
