Producers who made the move to client side, I’m wondering what your job titles are. I’m interested in the move but I feel like titles aren’t necessarily one to one, meaning producer isn’t always in the title. Are there other terms that these positions are typically listed as? I’m having a hard time searching for a client side producer role so any guidance or advice would be much appreciated!

I have mostly passive investments. I was thinking the other day: what if everyone had only passive investments? Wouldn’t this create incredibly high amount of systemic risk? Are we all sheep??

Hi I just got an offer from Sopra Steria India and there is a loyalty allowance mentioned in CTC.
Do they give 100% of that loyalty allowance annually or they give a part of it annually?

I have observed that people on testing domain or frontend are getting better pay than other new tech domains like blockchain, cyber security, data sci etc(4-11yr exp) .
For less than 4 years experience new tech job gettig good pay but others getting very less.

In dev job Java, spring r etc getting better pay. Also some SAP consultant are also get paid high.
Is exp people in testing/frontend dev are less due to which they getting better pay than others with experience.

New hire here about to be up for staffing for the first time and sentiment at my firm seems to be worried/fearful about being unstaffed.
